Top-grade adhesives unequalled in terms of elasticity and adhesive strength. Various levels of hardness (shore hardness level A/D), solvent-free, high applicability.
Examples?
EPDM rubber fastening in combination with the Fourny ‘gun applicator’, cladding fastening, stain-resistant and transparent floor coatings, adhesion of plastic wall plinths for clean-room applications, flexible polymer for filling joints.
What?
A dual-component adhesive, comprising resin and hardener.
The benefit?
Epoxy adhesives are exceptionally robust and are chemically very resistant – primarily applicable for structural fastenings.
Examples?
They are used for the production/repair of sewer pipes, septic tanks, floor coatings and in electronics (‘potting’). A recent application is our epoxy mortars.
What?
Traditional adhesives with organic solvents.
The benefit?
Solvent adhesives are very fast drying and have a high initial adhesive strength so that they can be used in many different applications.
Examples?
Used primarily for fastening roof membranes, but also for leather products (shoes, handbags, wallets and purses, etc.), rubber, metal, vehicle upholstery, …
What?
Isocyanate-based technologies.
The benefit?
Do not contain solvents. You can adjust the reaction speed precisely.
Usage?
Are frequently used in the automobile and construction sectors, partly for fastening hard and soft foams, but also for D4 wood fastening.
